To warm up to a current, relevant  theme in your life - whether it is a relationship to explore or grief, a  role or trait in you, stuckness or flow or celebrating and acknowledging successes....etc.

Expect a movement based warm up and grounding and we'll flow into psychodramatic explorations. 

The group will run from 9:30am to 4pm.

Price: $250 for a full day session. (talk to me if price is a problem)

Minimum number of participants: 4

Maximum number of participants: 10
